Pirojsha Godrej to become Executive Chairperson of Godrej Industries in 2026

Godrej Industries Limited announced that Pirojsha Godrej will be redesignated as a Whole Time Director and serve as Executive Chairperson of the company, effective August 14, 2026, through August 13, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment follows his succession to Nadir Godrej as Chairman and Managing Director, as part of a planned generational transition, and he will also serve as Chairperson of the Godrej Industries Group. Vishal Sharma, Clement Pinto, and Anupama Kamble were also identified as Key Managerial Personnel authorized to make disclosures to the stock exchanges.
