Pirojsha Godrej to step down as Executive Chairperson of Godrej Properties in 2026

Godrej Properties Ltd. announced that Pirojsha Godrej will transition from his role as Whole-time Director and Executive Chairperson to a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Chairperson of the company, effective August 14, 2026, pending shareholder approval. This change is part of a planned generational transition, as Pirojsha Godrej will also assume the position of Executive Chairperson of Godrej Industries Limited and Chairperson of the Godrej Industries Group. He will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel of Godrej Properties upon the closure of business hours on August 13, 2026.
