Board of Unified Data Tech Solutions recommends interim dividend

Unified Data Tech Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 5.5 per equity Share (i.e. 55%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
