Indostar Capital Finance allots 2,900 equity shares under ESOP

Indostar Capital Finance has allotted 2,900 equity shares under ESOP on 12 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,61,58,50,070/- consisting of 16,15,85,007 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.
