Board of Hind Rectifiers approves increase in authorised share capital

The board of Hind Rectifiers at its meeting held on 10 June 2026 has approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 10 crore to Rs 30 crore by increasing equity share capital by 10 crore equity shares of Rs 2 each.
