Ramkrishna Forgings has allotted 3.35 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants on 09 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 36,43,40,034/- consisting of 18,21,70,017 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/-each.
