EID Parry allots 53,325 equity shares under ESOP

EID Parry (India) has allotted 53,325 equity shares under ESOP on 21 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 17,79,26,042 comprising of 17,79,26,042 equity shares of the face value of Re.1/- each.
