Mahindra EPC Irrigation allots 8,284 equity shares under ESOS

Mahindra EPC Irrigation has allotted 8,284 equity shares under ESOS on 21 April 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 2,79,50,753 equity shares of Rs.10 each aggregating to Rs.27,95,07,530.
