Board of Central Mine Planning & Design Inst. recommends final dividend

Central Mine Planning & Design Inst. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.06 per equity Share (i.e. 53%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
