Fedbank Financial Services allots 21,000 equity shares under ESOP

Fedbank Financial Services has allotted 21,000 equity shares under ESOP on 01 April 2026. As a result of the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 3,74,20,61,010/- consisting of 37,42,06,101 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 3,74,22,71,010/- consisting of 37,42,27,101 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
