Eternal grants 74.18 lakh stock options under ESOP

Eternal has granted 74,18,741 stock options under Foodie Bay Employee Stock Option Plan 2014 (ESOP 2014), Zomato Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 (ESOP 2021) and Zomato Employee Stock Option Plan 2024 (ESOP 2024) to the eligible employees.

No need to issue cheques by investors while subscribing for IPO. Just write the bank account number and sign-in the application form to authorise your bank to make payment in case of allotment. No worries of refund as the money remain in the investor's account.
6.There is no need to issue a cheque. Use ASBA, Please write the Bank account number and sign the IPO application form to authorize your bank to make payment in case of allotment. In case of non allotment the funds will remain in your bank account
