Tata Technologies allots 31,764 equity shares under ESOP

Tata Technologies has allotted 31,764 equity shares under 'Tata Technologies Limited Share based Long Term Incentive Scheme 2022' on 01 December 2025. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs 81,14,87,208 divided into 405743604 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
