Thyrocare Technologies allots 10.61 cr equity shares under bonus issue

Thyrocare Technologies has allotted 10,61,07,794 equity shares of Rs 10 each under bonus issue in ratio of 2:1. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 15,91,61,691 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
