Ugro Capital allots NCDs aggregating Rs 150 cr

Ugro Capital has allotted 1,50,000 Listed, Rated, Senior, Secured, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures denominated in Indian Rupees (INR), each having face value of Rs 10,000/- aggregating upto Rs 150 crore through private placement on 27 November 2025.
