Ram Ratna Wires allots 48,800 equity shares under ESOP

Ram Ratna Wires has allotted 48,000 equity shares under ESOP on 27 November 2025. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 23,33,72,680/- dividend into 4,66,74,536 fully paid-up equity shares having a face value of Rs. 5/- each.
