TCI Express allots 12,180 equity shares under ESOP

TCI Express has allotted 12,180 equity shares under ESOS-2016 Plan on 15 July 2025. Further, consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has been increased from 38,380,020 to 38,392,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each).
