The initial public offer of HD Fire Protect Ltd IPO received bids for 8,50,79,280 units as against 1,84,20,492 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:15 IST on Tuesday (13 October 2026). The issue was subscribed 4.62 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Tuesday, 13 October 2026 and it will close on Thursday, 15 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 258 per share to 271 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 55 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 0 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 712 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 712 crore.
