Dhenu Buildcon confirms no dematerialization requests were received during the specified period

Dhenu Buildcon Infra Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited, received from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Big Share Services Private Limited, confirming that no dematerialization requests for equity shares were received from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
