Vishal Nirmiti Limited acquires land and residential units for Rs 2.61 crore

Vishal Nirmiti Limited’s board approved the purchase of approximately 40 acres of land in Gosainsar, Bikaner, Rajasthan, for expansion of its M.S. Pipe-related project, along with the acquisition of nine residential units in Khalapur, Raigad, Maharashtra, for staff accommodation at a total consideration of Rs 2.61 crore, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday, October 15, 2026. The board also approved a capital expenditure of Rs 12 crore for modernizing sleeper and infrastructure sites and authorized the leasing of a pre-cast manufacturing unit in Nadiad, Kheda, Gujarat.
