Birla Capital submits certificate to BSE regarding share transfer agent compliance

Birla Capital and Financial Services Limited informed the BSE Limited that it is attaching a certificate dated October 8, 2026, received from M/s. Bigshare Services Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
