Silicon Rental Solutions confirms receipt of RTA certificate for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Silicon Rental Solutions Limited informed the BSE SME Platform that it received a certificate from M/s. Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, noting that the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received.
