PRAG BOSIMI SYNTHETICS LIMITED informed BSE Limited that it received a certificate from MUFG InTime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026; during the quarter, the company received dematerialization requests for 6,100 shares, of which 2,800 shares were dematerialized, 2,200 were rejected, and 1,100 are pending.
