Indus Aluminium Recyclers partners with Sufin Limited for marketing via a Rs 1 million deal

Indus Aluminium Recyclers Limited, formerly known as Containerway International Limited, entered into a memorandum of understanding with Sufin Limited for a marketing tie-up to collaborate on the promotion, marketing, sale, and supply of Indus Aluminium Recyclers' products via Sufin Limited's B2B marketplace (www.Intsufin.com) and mobile device application (L&L - SuFin). The agreement, for Indian markets, involves a consideration of Rs 500,000 paid on signing, followed by four quarterly installments of Rs 250,000, and does not constitute a related party transaction.
