Sohan Lal Agarwal, SL Industries release shares as per loan agreement with Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency

Websol Energy System Limited disclosed that Sohan Lal Agarwal, along with SL Industries Pvt Ltd and Websol Green Projects Pvt Ltd, released encumbrance on 9,51,72,110 shares, representing 21.92% of the company's total share capital, on September 10, 2026, as part of a loan agreement with Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited and Raj kumari Agarwal. Prior to the release, Sohan Lal Agarwal held 3,86,32,080 shares, SL Industries Pvt Ltd held 5,66,61,030 shares, and Websol Green Projects Pvt Ltd held 3,36,03,800 shares, all representing 8.90%, 13.05%, and 7.74% respectively of the total share capital.
