Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited submitted a certificate dated October 7, 2026, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming the handling of securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
