<p>Meesho Limited announced that Non-Executive Independent Director Surojit Chatterjee (DIN: 07439364) has resigned, effective October 16, 2026, due to personal commitments, and will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.</p>
