SIS Limited repurchased 31,000 shares through BSE and NSE at an average price of Rs 407.49 As on : 15-Oct-2026

<p>SIS Limited announced it bought back 3,000 equity shares through BSE and 28,000 equity shares through NSE on October 15, 2026, as part of its ongoing buyback program, bringing the total number of shares repurchased to 24,91,968. The average acquisition price was Rs 407.4935 per share, excluding transaction costs, according to a regulatory filing.</p>
