<p>Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited announced that Mr. G. T. Govindarajan will retire as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective November 30, 2026, and Ms. Rukmini Subramanian has been appointed to the role, effective December 1, 2026. Ms. Subramanian, who has been associated with Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited since 2021, will also serve as the Nodal Officer, replacing Mr. Govindarajan, and the company’s Key Managerial Personnel will then include Mr. Pravin D. Chaudhari, Managing Director, Mr. Yash Ahuja, Chief Financial Officer, and Ms. Rukmini Subramanian, Company Secretary.</p>
