NBCC completes e-auction of Tower No. 13 at Aspire leisure, Noida

NBCC (India) has successfully sold 175 residential units, one tower (Iconic Tower No. 13) at Aspire leisure valley Pkg-1, Gr. Noida(W), UP- Sub-Package-8 through an e-auction at total sale value of approx. Rs. 485.41 crore.

NBCC will get marketing fee @ 1% of the sale value.
