Jayaswal Neco Industries approves NCD issuance of up to Rs 1800 cr

Jayaswal Neco Industries approved issuance of 1,80,000 non convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 1800 crore on private placement basis. The deemed date of allotment is 12 December 2025.

No need to issue cheques by investors while subscribing for IPO. Just write the bank account number and sign-in the application form to authorise your bank to make payment in case of allotment. No worries of refund as the money remain in the investor's account.
6.There is no need to issue a cheque. Use ASBA, Please write the Bank account number and sign the IPO application form to authorize your bank to make payment in case of allotment. In case of non allotment the funds will remain in your bank account
