Choice International allots 79.87 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Choice International has allotted 79,87,667 equity shares on conversion of warrants. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 222,77,65,000 consisting of 22,27,76,500 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
