Capital Small Finance Bank allots 1.32 lakh equity shares

Capital Small Finance Bank has allotted 1,32,584 equity shares under ESOP on 05 December 2025. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 45,41,87,710 consisting of 45418771 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
