Filatex India allots 2.02 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Filatex India has allotted 2,02,875 equity shares under ESOP on 04 December 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 44,40,58,375 consisting of 44,40,58,375 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each.
