Jayaswal Neco Industries approves NCD issuance of up to Rs 1800 cr As on : 06-Dec-2025

Jayaswal Neco Industries approved issuance of 1,80,000 non convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 1800 crore on private placement basis. The deemed date of allotment is 12 December 2025.
